1 tsp (5 mL) kosher salt
1⁄8 tsp (625 mL) ground black pepper
1⁄2 tsp (2.5 mL) ground cinnamon
1⁄4 cup (50 mL) canola or olive oil
Salad
2 cups (500 mL) celery, chopped diagonally
2 cups (500 mL) apples, Granny Smith or Braeburn, unpeeled and julienne sliced
2 cups (500 mL) pears, Bosc, peeled and julienne sliced
Directions

Assemble all ingredients.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together vinegar, Truvía® calorie-free sweetener, salt, pepper and cinnamon.
