6 medium sized apples, peeled if desired
1⁄4 cup (60 mL) and 2 Tbsp (30 mL) Truvía® Brown Sugar Blend
1 Tbsp (15mL) cinnamon
1⁄2 tsp (2.5 mL) nutmeg
Pinch of salt
1 Tbsp (15 mL) lemon juice
2 cups (500 mL) steel cut oats
2 cups (500 mL) skim milk
2 eggs
1 1⁄2 cups (375 mL) water
Directions

Grease the bowl of a 3-quart slow cooker.

Cut apples into 1-inch pieces and toss them in a large bowl with the Truvía® Brown Sugar Blend, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt and lemon juice to coat.

Stir in the oats and transfer this mixture to the slow cooker.
- 4.
Whisk together the milk, eggs and water until smooth then pour it over the apple mixture.

Cook on low for about 8 hours or on high for 4 to 5 hours.
