2 Tbsp. (30mL) Truvia Sweet Complete Granulated All-Purpose Sweetener
1 Tbsp (15mL) dijon mustard
1⁄2 tsp (3mL) sea salt
1⁄2 tsp (3mL) crushed black pepper
1 garlic clove minced
1⁄4 cup (60mL) balsamic vinegar
3⁄4 cup (180mL) extra virgin olive oil
Directions

In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the Truvia Sweet Complete Granulated Sweetener, mustard, salt, pepper, garlic, and balsamic vinegar.

Add the oil and whisk thoroughly to combine.

Continue whisking until the dressing is fully emulsified.
- 4.
Store in a jar with a lid and refrigerate. Shake well before serving. Enjoy!
