1 cup (250 mL) Truvia® Brown Sugar Blend
1⁄4 cup (60 mL) Truvia® Cane Sugar Blend
1 1⁄2 tsp (8 mL) of baking soda
1⁄4 tsp (1.25 mL) salt
1 cup (250 mL) milk
1 stick unsalted butter, melted
1 egg
2 tsp (10 mL) vanilla
FROSTING
6 oz cream cheese, softened
1⁄4 cup (60 mL) Truvía® Brown Sugar Blend
1 stick unsalted butter, softened
2 cups (500 mL) powdered sugar
2 teaspoons (10 mL) vanilla
Directions
Cupcakes
- 1.
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Mix dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
- 3.
In a separate large mixing bowl whisk together all wet ingredients.
- 4.
Slowly mix in the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients and stir well.
- 5.
Fill cupcake liners about 2⁄3 full and bake for 20 min.
Frosting
- 6.
Beat all ingredients well in a large mixing bowl and frost cupcakes.
