1 cup (240mL) all-purpose flour
1 tsp (5 ml) baking powder
1⁄4 tsp (1.25 ml) baking soda
1⁄2 tsp salt
1⁄2 tsp (2.5 ml) ground cinnamon
1⁄4 tsp (1.25 ml) ground nutmeg
1 large egg, at room temperature
1⁄3 cup (80 ml) Truvia Sweet Complete Brown with a hint of Molasses
1⁄4 cup (60 ml) skim milk
1⁄4 cup (60 ml) non-fat yogurt
2 Tbsp (30 ml) unsalted butter, melted
1 1⁄2 tsp (7.5 ml) pure vanilla extract
Topping
1 cup (240 ml) Truvia Sweet Complete Granulated Stevia Leaf All-Purpose Sweetener
1 tsp (5 ml) ground cinnamon
1 Tbsp (15 ml) unsalted butter, melted
Directions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- 2.
Spray a donut pan with non-stick spray. Set aside.
- 3.
In a medium bowl, whisk the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg together. Set aside.
- 4.
In another bowl, whisk the egg, Truvia Sweet Complete Brown with a hint of Molasses, milk, and yogurt together until smooth. Then add the melted butter and vanilla extract, whisking until fully combined.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Do not overmix. The batter will be very thick.
- 6.
Pipe or spoon the batter into each donut cup, filling 2⁄3 to 3⁄4 of the way full.

Bake for 9-10 minutes or until the edges are lightly browned.
- 8.
Allow to cool for about two minutes and transfer to a wire rack set on a large piece of parchment paper or on a large baking sheet.

Cool donuts for at least 10 minutes before topping.
- 10.
To top: Combine the Truvia Sweet Complete Granulated All-Purpose Sweetener and cinnamon in a medium bowl. Dip the donuts in the melted butter, sprinkle with topping.
