2 lbs. sweet potatoes
3 Tbsp (45 mL) of butter
1⁄2 cup (125 mL) Truvía® Cane Sugar Blend
1⁄2 tsp (2.5 mL) pumpkin pie spice

Directions
- 1.
Preheat oven to 350° F (180°C).
- 2.
Peel and cut sweet potatoes into 1" cubes, place in a baking dish.
- 3.
Brown butter in a saucepan. Use low to medium heat while stirring to avoid burning.
- 4.
Turn off heat; add Truvía® Cane Sugar Blend, pumpkin pie spice and molasses to browned butter. Stir until combined.
- 5.
Add evenly on top of potatoes.
- 6.
Bake covered for 1 hour, stir.
- 7.
Bake uncovered for another 10-20 minutes until potatoes are tender.
