Ingredients

For Caramel Brulée Milk:

For Latte

  • 12 cup (120 mL) caramel brulée milk

  • 8 oz (240 mL) Hot Coffee

  • 2 TBSP (30 mL) Whipped Cream

  • Sprinkle of Toffee Bits

Directions

To make the Caramel Brulée Milk:
  • 1.

    Add butter and Truvia® Stevia Sweetener to a small saucepan set over medium-high heat.

  • 2.

    Heat for 2 minutes, continuously stirring, sauce will become a tan color.

  • 3.

    Remove from heat and slowly add ½ cup of milk, *caution sauce will foam

  • 4.

    Return to heat and bring to a boil while stirring occasionally.

  • 5.

    Allow the mixture to boil for 2-3 minutes then remove from heat.

  • 6.

    Use right away or pour into heat safe container, cool to room temperature, cover, and refrigerate.

For Latte (make 12 oz (350 mL) serving)
  • 7.

    If cold, stir and add your flavored milk to microwave safe glass and microwave for 1 min.

  • 8.

    Brew your coffee or espresso and pour into a large coffee mug.

  • 9.

    Whisk the hot caramel bruleé milk into your hot coffee

  • 10.

    Top with whipped cream and toffee bits, then enjoy*!
