1 cup (250 mL) Truvía® Cane Sugar Blend
1⁄8 tsp (0.625 mL) salt
3 Tbsp (45 mL) light corn syrup
3 Tbsp (45 mL) unsalted butter
1⁄2 cup (125 mL) heavy whipping cream
Directions

Bring Truvía® Cane Sugar Blend, salt, corn syrup, butter and cream to a boil in a medium saucepan over medium heat.

Heat for an additional 10 minutes or until the candy thermometer reaches 300°F (140°C). while stirring continuously. Mixture will darken when temperature is reached.
- 3.
Remove from heat and cool for 10 minutes.
- 4.
Pour into a parchment paper covered 9” x 5” bread pan.
- 5.
Cool overnight in the refrigerator.
- 6.
Cut into 1” x 1” pieces, serve, or wrap in wax paper.
