1 tsp (5 mL) corn starch
3⁄4 cup (175 mL ) unsalted butter, softened
4 oz. unsweetened baking chocolate, melted
1⁄2 tsp (7.5 mL) salt
2 tsp (10 mL) vanilla extract
Directions

Combine Truvía® Cane Sugar Blend and corn starch. Add to coffee or spice grinder and pulverize until very fine; the volume should increase 30-50%. This will give the frosting a smooth texture.

Cream butter with a paddle attachment for 2 minutes at medium speed.
- 3.
Sift the powdered Truvía® Cane Sugar Blend into the mixing bowl. Add the melted chocolate, salt and vanilla and mix at low speed for 1 minute.

Mix at medium speed for 3 minutes.
- 5.
If you prefer a thinner frosting, add 1 Tbsp milk, mix and repeat until desired frosting consistency is achieved.
