1⁄3 cup (75mL) unsalted butter, softened
1⁄4 cup (60mL) Truvía® Cane Sugar Blend
1 egg
1⁄2 cup (125mL) mashed ripe bananas
1⁄2 teaspoon (2.5mL) vanilla extract
1 cup (500mL) all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon (5mL) baking powder
1⁄4 teaspoon (1mL) salt
1⁄8 teaspoon (1mL) baking soda
1 cup (500mL) semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a small bowl, beat together the butter and Truvía® Cane Sugar Blend.
- 3.
Mix in the egg, banana and vanilla.
- 4.
In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda; gradually add to creamed mixture and mix well.

Stir in chocolate chips
- 6.
Drop by tablespoonful 2 inches apart onto baking sheets coated with cooking spray.
- 7.
Bake for 9-11 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Remove to wire racks to cool.
