Cinnamon Syrup
1⁄2 cup (125mL) Truvía® Brown Sugar Blend
3⁄4 cup (180mL) hot water
2 cinnamon sticks
CHAI BASE
1 1⁄2 cups (375mL) chai concentrate
1 1⁄2 (375mL) cups apple cider
1 1⁄2 cups (375mL) unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1⁄4 cup (60mL) cinnamon syrup
Directions

Bring water to boil in a small sauce pan over high heat; stir in Truvía® Brown Sugar Blend and reduce to simmer.

Simmer 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and let steep 15 minutes. Remove cinnamon stick.

Combine chai concentrate, apple cider, almond milk, and cinnamon syrup in a large saucepan; heat to simmering. Serve warm with a dollop of whipped topping and a sprinkle of ground cinnamon.

Cover and refrigerate remaining Chai Nog and Cinnamon Syrup. Keep remaining Cinnamon Syrup on hand for the next time you make Cinnamon Chai Nog.
