For Concentrated Coffee

Place coffee grounds in a large pitcher add coconut water and stir to combine.

Cover let steep in refrigerator for 12 hours.

Line a fine-mesh strainer with a coffee filter.

Strain coffee through filter.
- 5.
Discard grounds and content of strainer.
- 6.
Wash and dry pitcher, transfer the strained coffee into pitcher.

Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
For Coffee Serving

For each cup of iced coffee combine 2⁄3 cups milk with 1⁄3 cup of coffee concentrate.
