  • 4 cups (1 L) apples, sliced

  • 2 cups (500 mL) cranberries

  • 14 cup (50 mL)water

  • 1 Tbsp (15 mL) lemon juice

  • 3 Tbsp (45 mL) Truvía® Cane Sugar Blend

  • 2 Tbsp (30 mL) all-purpose flour

  • 112 tsp (7.5 mL) ground cinnamon

  • 12 tsp (2.5 mL) nutmeg

Topping

  • 1 cup (250 mL) rolled oats

  • 3 Tbsp (45 mL) Truvía® Cane Sugar Blend

  • 14 cup (50 mL) all-purpose flour

  • 112 tsp (7.5 mL) ground cinnamon

  • 14 cup (50 mL) butter, melted

  • 1 tsp (5 mL) molasses

  • 18 tsp (.625 mL) salt

Directions

  • 1.

    Preheat oven to 375° F (190° C).

  • 2.

    Place apples and cranberries in a large bowl; add water, lemon juice, Truvía® Cane Sugar Blend, flour, cinnamon and nutmeg; toss to coat the fruit.

  • 3.

    Spray 9" x 9" baking dish with non-stick spray; place fruit mixture in dish.

  • 4.

    In a separate bowl, combine topping ingredients; stir to form crumbly mixture.

  • 5.

    Sprinkle crumb mixture on top of fruit.

  • 6.

    Bake 35-40 minutes until apples are tender.
