2 cups (500 mL) all-purpose flour, sifted
11⁄2 tsp (7.5 mL) baking powder
1⁄2 tsp (2.5 mL) salt
1⁄2 tsp (2.5 mL) baking soda
1⁄2 cup (125 mL) unsalted butter, melted and cooled
1⁄3 cup (75 mL) Truvía® Cane Sugar Blend
1 Tbsp (15 mL) orange zest
1⁄2 cup (125 mL) orange juice
2 eggs
1 tsp (5 mL)vanilla extract
1⁄2 cup (125 mL) skim milk
11⁄2 cups (375 mL) cranberries (fresh or frozen), chopped
Directions

Preheat oven to 375° F (190° C).

Prepare muffin tin by greasing cups or use paper liners.
- 3.
In a large bowl, add flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda. Mix together with a fork.
- 4.
In a separate bowl, whisk together butter, Truvía® Cane Sugar Blend, orange zest and juice, eggs, vanilla and milk.
- 5.
Stir the wet mixture into the flour mixture until just combined.
- 6.
Fold in chopped cranberries.
- 7.
Fill each muffin cup about 3⁄4 full.
- 8.
Bake until golden and a toothpick comes out clean (20–25 minutes).
- 9.
Cool muffins in pan for 5 minutes, then remove to a wire rack and cool completely.
