¼ (60mL) cup hot water
2 ½ tsp (12.5mL) of Truvia Calorie-Free Sweetener Spoonable***
2 Tbsp (30mL) instant coffee powder
2 cups (480mL) of almond milk
1 cup (240mL) ice cubes
Directions

Add the hot water, Truvia Calorie-Free Sweetener, and instant coffee to a small container that an electric mixer will fit in. (For example, you may use an 8oz (240mL) liquid measuring cup.)

Use an electric mixer until the mixture is fluffy and light, 30-90 seconds.
- 3.
To serve, add ½ of the whipped foam over a cup of milk with ½ cup (120mL) of ice in it.
- 4.
Stir the whipped foam and milk to mix together.

Refrigerate leftovers.
Optional:
