Rich and Dreamy Vanilla Frosting Recipe

1 1⁄2 cups (350mL) Truvia Sweet Complete Icing Sweetener
6 oz (180mL) fat-free cream cheese, softened
½ cup (120 mL) butter (unsalted), softened
1 tsp (5mL) vanilla extract
Directions

Place the softened butter and softened fat-free cream cheese into a medium mixing bowl

On medium speed cream together until no lumps are visible. (2-3 minutes).

Turn the mixer to low and add vanilla extract, mix 1 minute or until the vanilla has completely combined with the butter mixture.
- 4.
While mixing, slowly add the Truvia Sweet Complete Icing Sweetener to the butter one spoonful at a time. With each spoonful, allow the the Truvia Sweet Complete Icing Sweetener to become fully mixed into the butter before adding more. (2-3 minutes).

Mix on high speed to make the mixture fluffy and light.

Use immediately or store the frosting, covered, in the refrigerator until ready to use.
- 7.
Allow frosting to stand at room temperature for 1-2 hours prior to use if it has been refrigerated.
