1 (8 oz.) can reduced fat refrigerated crescent rolls
1 (8 oz) package reduced fat cream cheese (Neufchâtel), softened
1⁄4 cup (60mL) Truvía® Cane Sugar Blend
1 tsp (5mL) vanilla extract
1 cup (250mL) strawberries, hulled and sliced
1⁄2 cup (125mL) blueberries
1 kiwi, sliced
1⁄4 cup (60mL) mango, diced
1⁄4 cup (60mL) raspberries
Directions
- 1.
Pre-heat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- 2.
Separate the crescent rolls. Arrange and press the pieces to cover a 13-inch pizza pan, pinching seams together to form the crust.
- 3.
Bake crust for 11-13 minutes until light golden brown. Cool completely.
- 4.
Place cream cheese in medium mixing bowl.
- 5.
Measure 1⁄4 cup of Truvía® Cane Sugar Blend in a dry blender pitcher and blend for 1 minute to grind the Cane Sugar Blend into a fine powder.
- 6.
Add the powdered Truvía® Cane Sugar Blend to the cream cheese and mix until smooth and creamy.
- 7.
Spread cream cheese mixture on the cooled crust.
- 8.
Arrange fruit on top of the cream cheese mixture in a decorative pattern.
- 9.
Store refrigerated. Cut into 12 wedges to serve.
