3 tsp (15 ml) Truvia Sweet Complete Brown with a hint of Molasses
1 cup (240 ml) water
1 cup (240 ml) crushed pineapple
6 oz (180 ml) tomato paste
2 Tbsp (30 ml) apple cider vinegar
1 Tbsp (15 ml) garlic powder
1 tsp (5 ml) salt
2 Tbsp (30 ml) hickory smoke powder
½ tsp (2.5 ml) cayenne pepper
1 tsp (5 ml) habanero sauce
1 Tbsp (15 ml) Worcestershire sauce
1 1⁄2 lbs. (680 g) chicken (3 skinless chicken breasts)
Directions

Place everything except chicken into pressure cooker or crockpot.

Whisk together to make sauce.
- 3.
Add chicken, coating all sides with sauce.
- 4.
Cook for 30 minutes in pressure cooker or 2-2 ½ hour in crock pot or until chicken shreds easily with a fork.
- 5.
Check that the internal temperature is 165°F.
- 6.
After cooking, shred chicken with two forks.
- 7.
Continue to heat for 30 more minutes on low or warm setting. This will let the sauce soak into the meat.
- 8.
Serve on slider buns, refrigerate leftover. (nutrition does not include the slider bun)
