1 Tbsp (15 mL) + 2 tsp (10 mL) Truvía® calorie-free sweetener*
4 oz. (113 g) water
10 slices fresh ginger, peeled
Ginger-Mint Margarita
11⁄2 oz. (43 g) Ginger Simple Syrup with Truvía® calorie-free sweetener*
11⁄2 oz. (43 g) tequila
6 large mint leaves
Juice of 1 lime (drop in rind)
11⁄2 tsp (7.5 mL) orange zest (1 orange)
Directions
GINGER SIMPLE SYRUP WITH TRUVÍA® SWEETENER

In a small pot, add: 1 Tbsp (15mL) + 2 tsp (10 mL) Truvía® calorie-free sweetener, 4 oz. water, 10 slices fresh ginger, peeled.

Bring to a boil, then reduce and simmer for 15 minutes.
- 3.
Strain out ginger and allow to cool, keep refrigerated up to 1 day.
GINGER-MINT MARGARITA
- 4.
In a mixing glass, muddle: Ginger Simple Syrup with Truvía® calorie-free sweetener, tequila, and mint leaves.
- 5.
Half-fill with ice, then add: Juice of 1 lime (drop in rind) and orange zest.
- 6.
Shake until the tin is frosted, strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish with a lime wedge.
