Mini Mason Jar Peach Cobbler Recipe with Truvía® Calorie-Free Sweetener

1⁄2 cup (125 mL) unsalted butter
1⁄3 cup (80 mL) +1 1⁄2 Tbsp (22.5 mL) Truvía® Calorie-Free Sweetener (24 packets)
1 cup (250 mL) flour
2 tsp (10 mL) baking powder
1⁄8 tsp (.5 mL) of salt
3⁄4 cup (177 mL) skim milk
1 can peaches in juice, diced
Topping:
2 tsp (10 mL) Truvía® Brown Sugar Blend
2 tsp (10 mL) of cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
Put 1 tsp (5 mL( of butter into a 4 oz jelly mason jar.
Place in oven until butter is melted, approximately 2 minutes and set aside.
Sieve together the sugar, flour, baking powder, and salt into a medium bowl.
Whisk in milk.
Put 11⁄2 Tbsp (22.5 mL) of batter into each jar.
Add 1 tsp (5 mL or 3-4 chunks) diced peaches on top of the batter.
Top with a 1⁄8 tsp (.5 mL) Truvía® Brown Sugar Blend and 1⁄8 tsp of cinnamon .
Bake for 12-14 minutes.
Let them cool before serving.
