1⁄2 oz. Truvía® mint syrup
6 oz. unsweetened iced black tea
1 dash orange bitters
Pinch of sea salt
Directions
TRUVÍA® MINT SYRUP
- 1.
Prepare Truvía® simple syrup and chill completely
- 2.
Use a muddle to lightly bruise one dozen mint leaves per cup of Truvía® simple syrup
- 3.
Add all muddled leaves to the syrup
- 4.
Let steep in the cold Truvía® simple syrup for 30-60 minutes before straining leaves out
- 5.
Keep covered and refrigerated up to one week
MINT BLACK "SEA" MOCKTAIL
- 6.
In a teacup add Truvía® mint syrup, iced black tea, and orange bitters
- 7.
Lightly sprinkle sea salt over top.
