2 cups (475mL) almond flour
8 Tbsp (120mL) butter
1⁄2 cup (120mL) Truvia Sweet Complete Icing Sweetener
1 tsp (5mL) vanilla extract
¼ tsp (1mL) salt
½ cup (120mL) of bittersweet chocolate chips
1 ½ Tbsp (20mL) coconut oil
¾ cup (180mL) bittersweet chocolate chips
1 ½ Tbsp (20mL) Truvia Sweet Complete Icing Sweetener
Directions
Filling

In a large bowl combine flour, butter, Truvia Sweet Complete Icing Sweetener, vanilla extract and salt. Blend with a mixer until smooth, about 2 minutes on low mix.

Mix in chocolate chips, about 30 sec on low.

Roll into 20 balls.
- 4.
Place in freezer for 5 minutes.
Coating
- 5.
Combine coconut oil, bittersweet chocolate chips and Truvía® Sweet Complete Icing Sweetener in a microwave safe coffee cup.
- 6.
Microwave for 30 seconds, mix, microwave 30 seconds, mix, repeat until all is melted after mixing, do not boil.
Bites
- 7.
Using a toothpick or fork, dip filling balls into chocolate coating, use a spoon to help cover completely with coating, allow excess to run off.
- 8.
Place on wax paper covered tray.
- 9.
Refrigerate until coating hardens.
- 10.
Enjoy! Refrigerate leftovers.
