Crust
Filling/Topping
  • 2 cup (475mL) strawberries hulled and halved

  • 4 oz (120mL) light cream cheese softened

  • 2 oz (60mL) fat-free Greek yogurt

  • 12 cup (120mL) unsalted butter softened

  • 1 cup (240mL) Truvia Sweet Complete Icing Sweetener

  • 8 oz (240mL) pre-made Whipped topping (1 container)

Directions

Crust
  • 1.

    Melt butter in a small microwave safe bowl.

  • 2.

    To a medium size bowl that contains ¼ cup (60mL) of the powdered Truvia Sweet Complete Icing Sweetener add the melted butter, mix well.

  • 3.

    Next add graham cracker crumbs to the butter mixture, mix well.

  • 4.

    Press into square baking pan (9inch).

  • 5.

    Bake at 190° C (375 F) for 7 minutes. Cool.

Filling
  • 6.

    While crust is cooling, cut strawberries into small chunks.

  • 7.

    With a mixer, beat the cream cheese, yogurt and butter together until creamy.

  • 8.

    Turn the mixer down to low and add the Truvia Sweet Complete Icing Sweetener a little at a time until mixed.

  • 9.

    Turn up mixer and beat for a minute.

  • 10.

    Remove mixer and fold in half the strawberry chunks by hand.

  • 11.

    Spread the cream cheese and strawberry mixture over the crust.

Topping
  • 12.

    Fold the remaining strawberry chunks into the whipped topping.

  • 13.

    Spread whipped topping on top of the cream cheese mixture.

  • 14.

    Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.

  • 15.

    Refrigerate all leftovers in a sealed container.

*Each bar has 100 calories and 3 grams of sugar per serving compared to the full-sugar version which has 120 calories and 9 grams of sugar per serving.
