    Make sure you have an ice cream machine on-hand.

    In a medium bowl, combine oat milk, nut butter, salt, vanilla extract, and Truvia Sweet Complete All-Purpose Sweetener. Stir with a mixer until well mixed.

    Chill mixture for an hour (or overnight) in the refrigerator.

    Pour the mixture into your ice cream machine and follow the manufacturer's instructions for your specific machine.

    Transfer the mixture to an airtight container and place in freezer to firm up the ice cream.

    Store any leftovers in the freezer.
