1⁄2 cup (125mL) unsalted peanuts
2 cups water
1 cup Truvía® Calorie-Free Sweetener Spoonable*

1⁄2 oz. Truvía® peanut syrup
1 1⁄2 oz. Bourbon
1 Tbsp grape jelly
Directions
TRUVÍA® PEANUT SYRUP
- 1.
Boil 1⁄2 cup (125mL) unsalted peanuts in 2 cups (500mL) water for 15 minutes
- 2.
Strain out peanuts, discard
- 3.
Add 1 cup (250mL) Truvía® Calorie-Free Sweetener back to the peanut water
- 4.
Bring to a boil while stirring
- 5.
Remove from heat and allow to cool
- 6.
Keep covered and refrigerated up to one week
PT&J COCKTAIL
- 7.
Add 1⁄2 oz. Truvía® peanut syrup, bourbon, and grape jelly to a mixing tin half-filled with ice
- 8.
Shake until the tin is frosted
- 9.
Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice
- 10.
Garnish with a banana slice
