11⁄2 cup (375 mL) strawberries, fresh, quartered
5 cups (1.25 L) rhubarb, cut into 1⁄2" pieces
1⁄2 tsp (2.5 mL) salt
1⁄3 cup (75 mL) Truvía® calorie-free sweetener spoonable*
1⁄8 tsp (.625 mL) nutmeg, ground
1⁄2 tsp (2.5 mL) cinnamon, ground
3 Tbsp (45 mL) cornstarch
1 pie crust
2 Tbsp (30 mL) butter
Directions
- 1.
Assemble all ingredients; preheat oven to 425° F(220° C).

In large mixing bowl, place strawberries, rhubarb, salt, nutmeg, cinnamon, cornstarch and Truvía® sweetener; toss together until mixed well; set aside.
- 3.
Place pie crust dough on lightly floured surface; roll out; transfer to parchment-lined sheet pan.
- 4.
Place fruit mixture into center of pie crust; leaving 11⁄2 inch border around edge of crust; place butter pats on fruit filling.
- 5.
Flip up crust edge towards middle, pleating as you fold up.
- 6.
Bake in 425° F (220° C) oven for 25–30 minutes; rotate 180° half way through baking.
- 7.
Cool on wire rack; serve warm or at room temperature.
